Machaneh Giborei Koach 2025

Dear Parents,

There is no better way to spend a summer holiday than at Bnei Akiva Machaneh. We bring hundreds of people to an environment that is safe and enriching. The beach, tiyulim, chugim, inspiring tochniot and non-stop action are all happening at Machaneh. Not only will our Channichim and Madrichim leave Machaneh inspired and fulfilled, they will also have had the most incredible holiday with their friends.

This year, Machaneh 2025 will be called Machaneh Giborei Koach. 

The name comes from Tehilim 103 and speaks to the idea of heroism – not just physical displays of strength, but the inner might of the Jewish spirit. Every Jew is called to be a warrior – not against others, but for themselves.  A warrior who fights every day to feel deeply connected to their Jewish identity. Being Jewish might look different for each person. But the intensity, pride and tenacity we often show to the putside world must also be directed inward. It’s not just about proving to others that we’re proud to be Jewish – it’s about reminding ourselves, every single day, that being Jewish matters.

Machaneh Giborei Koach is happening on the following dates:

Ktan Tanim (Grades 3 and 4): 10-15 December

Gurim (Grades 5 and 6): 10-22 December

Roim (Grade 7): 8-22 December

Moledet, Chaim, Reim (Grades 8, 9, 10): 4-22 December

Kaveh (with A-guard) (Grade 11): 1-22 December

Kaveh (without A-guard) (Grade 11): 4-22 December

Madrichim (out of school): 28 November-22 December

Roim Madrichim: 3 – 22 December

Gurim Madrichim: 5 – 22 December

Your camp application consists of multiple different forms, which make up one single camp application. Please make sure that all forms are completed. At the top of every form, there is a description of what is required for that certain form. In the top right corner, there is a coloured bar that will show the progress of your application, and all you need to select a different form to view and edit.

Please note: in order to complete your application, please have the following documents available to upload throughout the form:

Parent’s Ketuba (marriage certificate)
Medical aid card front and back
Main members ID
Photo of the Camper
Campers certified unabridged birth certificate, ID or driver’s license

If applying for an extended payment plan or subsidy :

Both parents need to submit:
· 2 months’ pay slips
· 3 months bank statements
· Copy of latest IRP5 or IT34 Tax Certificate
· Proof of a school subsidy
